Tonight I drive the car! Assuming i rewire the tps correctly to stop the car from shutting right off when I hit the gas.

Awesome! Looks good. I already miss my header a bit.
Remind me again; what turbo are you running on that? Let us know how it performs.

LOL^^
I'm running a holset hx52 t4 twin scroll. It's pretty much a GT40 but with a billet compressor wheel like the HTA88.
Compressor Wheel: Inducer - 67 Exducer - 97.64mm
Turbine Wheel: Inducer - 84mm Exducer - 70mm
Turbine housing is 1.13a/r 16cm with 4.5" v band outlet (I was able to use a 4.5" v band clamp with a 4" pipe.). My buddy had this on his drag honda, he couldn't run it because it spooled to fast for him lol.

Welll, i drove it today! It runs great and everything but i really need to figure out how to get this 2g trans shifting good. Today was the first time I heard it grind. It's a bitch to get into first. I have to turn it off to put it in then fire it up to start in first. pics when I ran out of gas haha :

Some of it is fixed. I just need to buy a new door and window trim and pull a single dent above the wheel.

When I swapped my older tranny for a 2g trans I had to re-adjust the shifter cables to get the side to side movement back to normal. The 2g pushes the movement toward the passenger side making the 1-2 jacked up.
Post a vid of the side exit exhaust in action!

Can you be a little more specific on adjusting the cables. Did you adjust them right at the shifter assembly? Also, did you have to do anything else to the car or the 2g trans for your car to drive well? Help! lol And did you use the 1g shifter cable riser bracket on the 2g trans or no. I didn't. And yeah, I will get a good action video pretty soon!

man I love this setup. I dont know much about the holset turbo's but Ive read some things comparing them to Garrett's/FP. The setup looks sick though. Get a driving vid up asap. I wanna hear that thing and see what it does to those tires.

I'll probably get a video of it today or this weekend. I'm gonna drive it out the subdivision to the gas station and maybe to work once I adjust the shifter cables when I get home from the girlfriends house.
