Ok, I got a few minutes to look at a few things this afternoon after work. I'm working 12hr days all week, so I don't have much time/day.
I wondered if cyl 2-3 had fuel on it because it hadn't burned. Yesterday i checked spark on #4. So I was starting to wonder it the other coil was bad, or just not sending signal. I checked all 4 cylinders for spark, and it's good all across. I than checked voltage at the injector plug (all 4 ) since I just soldered new plug ends on. Maybe one isn't making a good connection. No beans, while cranking over about twice per cylinder I saw voltage to at least 7-10v. on each cylinders. And the FIC injectors are brand spanking new, so I assume there's no problem there.
I did notice that while cranking my fuel pressure gauge on the AFR never moved off zero. I verified the fuel pump fuse in my rewire wasn't blown, and it wasn't, and after cranking I can hear my pump kick off, so I know it's working. If I get up in time tonight, I'll hookup link and see what my TPS voltage is at when at 0% &100%, since the t/b and tps have both been changed since it last ran.
But, should I see PSI on my AFR gauge while cranking? Never really noticed before, but I think I should see something measureable...

The way i understand it is that the pump runs non stop .unless it has a pressure sending unit that tells it to shut off when it hits it's intended peak. so all things being equal your fuel pressure gauge should be registering a reading. i'm thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 37 to 40 psi . the reason i believe this is because the afpr bypasses anything above it's set point and sends it back to the tank. so as soon as the pump quits sending fuel the afpr should bleed off any fuel above it's set point and maintain the set psi. keeping the fuel rail filled with fuel.

Your AFPR should read cranking pressure yes, maybe you have a bad gauge. Try pulling the fuel feed line and activate the fuel pump in link, and make sure you have adequate flow.

I disconnected the feed to the rail, and had flow, but not too much as it was only cranking. I'll probably replace the gauge on the AFR soon, but it's about year old now, so it should be ok.
Not too much progress this week due to work, but when I hooked it up to LINK, I got a few good leads. It threw a TPS code, and an 041 which is 'injector harness malfunction' Probably a bad connection to a plug. I'll have to trace that down next week. I'll be out of town most this weekend, or busy with family stuff, so I won't be able to get anything done with the car until next week. But when I cleared both the codes, and tried to start it just for shits, it tried to start, until it threw the 041 code. So I'm relatively sure that's my main problem. We'll see.

Forgot to post a pic of my finished airbox too. It worked out fairly well, and is sealed to the hood pretty tightly. It even gave me a place to mount my dual stage boost controller to. It's on the back side next to the MAFT.
