what size injectors do i need for an 18g. i was planning on waiting to get my new turbo, but with it on sale for 640 i figured i might as well figure out erxactly what i need to get an idea of a cost for everything.
i'm thinking safc-II, walbro255, afpr, my 2g maf for now, not sure what else to work with. i need advice on tuning equipment and what size injectors. i'd like to get as much out of the 18g as i can

Buy a [glow=red,2,300]WIDE BAND O2 setup[/glow] with a set of 550-660 injectors so you can really see what's going on in the engine

Why would you need a wideband when you can save some $ and just get a pocketlogger? Besides a those wideband o2 sensers are pricy and don't last long on a daily driver. Knock, timing advance, and mph is key to a good tune. The end resulting a/f ratio becomes a washout. Using 660's,afc,190l or 255 walbro,2g mass, and a afpr is all that should be needed. Bah-no need for high timing advance inducing, causing blown head gaskets, maf-t transfixulators.

Dude, dont take this offensively, but do you even have a running car? Thats what I would work on first personally. Then add each component one at a time to get all the kinks out and shit and to get your tuning abilities down pat. And I would save fuel mods for last. Learn how to max out the stock pump and injectors with an SAFC/MAFT/Link first. People dont give the stock fuel setup enough credit, especially the pumps; at least on 2gs With a logger and MAFT Matt and I had to LEAN out the stock pump/injectors at 14psi on my b16g setup with fmic and all the other supporting mods. And my timing curve was SICK. Just my $.02; I may not be as experienced as Angelo or Randy, but I do at least have an idea what Im talking about and have actually done what you are attempting to do. I watched a friend back home that could have easily had an 11 sec dsm with a 20g setup and link 3 years ago botch it all up b/c he tried to do everything at once and there were so many issues he could never get them all narrowed down. I have spent 6 months building up my setup; with ALL the supporting mods in place other than fuel/fmic I slapped in the b16g and then wen from there. First with the MAFT, then FMIC, then 190, and now 550's. Pulled a 13.3 on stock clutch w/o injectors and am now shooting for high 12's with the 550's and some more boost. Good luck man, hope to see it running at the track sometime this summer, 18g or not. Ok im getting of the soap box now...

Why did you chose a 18g? Evo16g will put you where you want to be and the turbo is cheaper than an 18g.
