Well i got 'er done Saturday afternoon after getting back from just watching everybody run at the track haha. The complete MS kit was 140 bucks, put it together, did the board mods to run full ignition control(hooking that up later on), and she fired right up first time I got it running pretty well now, but it still needs lots of tuning. Been 'playing' around at 10 psi and it seems to pull pretty damn good..This thing is cool as hell, and it can do all kinds of neat stuff.. It's basically a full standalone computer, thats a hell of a lot cheaper, and hell of a lot easier to tune and figure out the sofware. I played arouund with the AEM EMS software a while ago, and holy shit, that was interesting to say the least haha. Now I just need a new clutch that can actually hold power, and get my custom LSD put in the trans. Fun stuff

Yep, mailman came like 30 minutes after I got back home from the track Saturday Oh and Tj, i'll give ya run for your money once i get this bish tuned haha..Last year at 15 psi, I ran a best of 14.1@ 105, which that trap speed is def good for low 13's or even a 13 flat, providing I have a clutch that is worth a shit, and I can actually learn how to launch this damn car with a 60ft lower than a 2.4 ;D Once I get the new clutch and LSD put in, and hook up the megasquirt to run my timing, i'm going to try to max my S16G out at around 24-25 psi on pump, which should be close to 400 CHP. Its approx 300CHP at my 15 psi. Look out for the "neon" motor bitches!

actually on a 106 trap a friend with a 1g got 13.6. i dunno if you can get any faster without a lot of traction coming from magic land

Yeah, i've looked at tons of people's time slips, and 1/4 times that averaged at my trap of 105, were low 13's, to 13 flat, PROVIDING a very good 60ft time(2.0 or under). Without a good clutch, tires, and a LSD, this is hard to do on a turbo FWD That's why i really hate answering that most asked queston " what's it do in the 1/4?". Just so many variables..Trap speeds do tell a lot about how fast the car really is, or comparing that with the 60ft time, to see how fast it "can" be with a lower 60ft time. Lowering your 60ft time by .1, usually equals about .2 taken off of your end 1/4 time(albeit a clean run). So take my 2.4 60ft, drop that to a 2.0, and now that should take off approx .8 on my 14.1 run. Simple math says that a 13.3. Sounds about right I can also pull a little bit on my buddies stock 2001 LS1 camero 6spd on the highway when i was at 15 psi.. So a low 13 for my car sounds appropriate

i see, that would probably have turned out to be a better run if he had actually put parts into it, like lsd, tires, etc. that 13.6 was after spinning through 1st,2nd, and part of 3rd. he did trap a 107 that night too. damned traction lacking. when i get my car together i hop to run some mid 13's on the stock turbo, notsure how much boost i can run on the wiseco 9:1 compression pistons though. only have a rewired stock pump
