I don't even want to think about spending the money for a Shearer topmount... he raised the price to $1300!!!
I talked to my buddy Nolan, who is finishing his "welding and fabrication" at GRCC, and has also previously done pipe fitting for Armock mechanical in Sparta, about making a manifold similar to that of Shearer's topmount. He said it looked like fun, so I'm trying to get some help from everyone here.
I've got a shit ton of pictures, but more always help. And I'm trying to get very rough estimates of dimensions, since it would be impossible to duplicate exactly without having one to handle in person.
So far I'm looking for 304 Schedule 10 piping and all flanges, although I've seen people use 321 as well. Anyone have any input?

Id temporary secure the turbo with flange and collector where you think is the best spot then go from there. Getting it to all package with the stock radiator will be a challenge.
Get a bunch of different radius bends so you don't have to pie cut anything.

Next time I have drafting, I am going to tell Nolan not to do it I might try and get him to make 2.

Any progress on this yet, Pinder?
I'm shopping for a nice T4 manifold right now, and I'm not sure which one I like best.....

I still am going to run the 60-1. I just don't want to run the T350 turbine wheel, so I need to upgrade to T4.

you can stuff a p-trim inside of a t3 housing if you want to. I have a sc61 with a p-trim here in a .63ar ford 5 bolt housing.
TJ btw.

Stuff it, sure.
Will it be of its full efficiency, no.

Stuff it, sure. Will it be of its full efficiency, no. I don't see why not? The guy that built the turbo is one of the biggest names in turbo hondas and works at bullseye now. Look at what the 37rs are doing. Those things have a p-trim stuffed in either a .63 or a .82 t3 housing and some are up near 700hp. Anyway I wasn't really looking to argue, I was just curious what you were planning Paul.

Brent at JMF is working on a topmount right now, so I'll probably just go that route when they're available. I am still going to have Nolan do some welding for me... probably my cage when I get that far. I'll have John bend it up and tack it in, then bring it home so I can get out of his hair as soon as possible since he seems to be pretty busy with life.

Yup, manifold is for sale, but my T3 turbo has been long gone. Ya know - if you were interested, I could just order you a T3 turbine housing and it probably wouldn't cost too much.
