Do you have a way of looking at the vehicles datastream? You seriously need to look at diagnosing this instead of swaping parts and looking at how it runs in different weather. If you insist on throwing parts at it I would look into the Maf sensor hence why I asked about the fuel trims.

i have a dataloger, but i don't know how to really read the graph and can't figure out how to up load the logs to my computer

Just to add a conclusion to this; car running too lean = knock = retards timing = causes hesitation. Answer to this that helped me- 550cc injectors.
