Well, two things actually. 1. 3m among others make a plastic repair kit for bumpers that could be used to fill this if used properly, or.. 2. Fill it with "tiger hair" or "kitty hair", ie..a fiberglass filler and then finish off with a coat of "mud" , i.e..bondo, a plastic filler, then a final coat of polyseter filler putty for a smooth finish before paint. Either of these should be done by someone who knows the products, but can be done easily if TAKE YOUR TIME, and fill with light layers at a time and give ample time to breath between coats, i.e..days! If u know a experenced painter or bodyman he or she can give u the best help and or do it the right way! Hope this helps!

In order to make the mitsu. rear bumber to fit you just have to change the rear tail light to the 90-91 T.E.L., or the 92-94 Eclipse.

i'd suggest swapping to a 1ga bumper or 1gb eclipse bumper so that you can cleanly still mount your license plate
