Hi Im going to be replacing my water pump pretty soon and I figure I should put in some cams from my to do list as long as I have things apart. I'll be going with either fp2's, kelford, and Im also looking for more specs on delta's (all around the 272 range). I dont have, nore do I want to setup anything to tune with yet so I was wonder how rough would the car run tuneless under these cams? Pro's, cons? I figure the kelfords are going to be the roughest. Also they wont be degree'd any time soon. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thankyou -Edwin

i had fp2s in my old 90 a couple years back and didnt have much trouble at all. only issue was battling fuelcut at wot but that was more due to boost creep. idle was great with stock gears as well.

I'm running Comp Cams 101200's and there's no problems at all. Completely stock fuel setup and it runs and idles fine.

You wouldn't be getting the full potential out of the cams, but there shouldn't be any driveability issues at all. Drop 'em in!

Ok, sounds good. Im not to concerned about getting the most out of them as I have alot to buy in the next couple months to support them. But its good to know I can use them as stock. Thanks for the prompt reply's.
