So here's the story, I just bought a freshly bored out 91-94 TB from trottlebodys.com. The TPS works fine, the ISC is a new rebuilt unit from trottlebodys.com, I have an EGR block off plate, and the FIAV is also functional. So when I start up the car it does the 1200-1500 standard surge and according to DSMLink the front O2 isn't cycling (does when I'm cruising or holding foot on gas while stopped and the ISC moves but only from about 0-10 according to DSMLink. Unplugging the ISC makes no difference and adjusting the BISS doesn't either. There are no vacuum or boost leaks at all either.
At this point the only thing I can think of is that since I am running speed density and I changed the MAP sensor from being run off a T from the fuel pressure solenoid to a new tap right off the intake, that maybe my numbers for SD are far enough off to make the idle surge like this, is it even possible for that to be a cause for idle surge? I'm just not sure what is causing this, any ideas guys?

Wish I could help you; have you tried to post a log on the link forums or even post a log on here?

Yea, I posted up a log over on ECMLink forums, but so far they haven't been much help, which is weird because they usually are.

If it was the case that the sd values are so far that id make it surge like that wouldn't it also give a unusual rich/lean condition? Was it doing this with your other tb? Have you tried swapping back to a stock maf to see if it makes a difference?

Have you tried swapping back to a stock maf to see if it makes a difference? Yea, my WB stays pegged all the way lean which is weird because it smells really rich when it idles. The WB is functioning though because when I'm cruising the NB O2 simulation works and oscillates and the WB sits right around 14.7. I haven't tried the stock MAF yet, when I go to my parents this weekend it's getting thrown back on though to see if it actually is something to do with the TB.
