is anyone interested in getting a dyno for the day? some of the avenger guys were talking about it on one of our sites so i figured we'd get a few more people there by seeing if any of us want to go. its a place called Ram Racing in Saranac, MI. this is a quote from the guy talking to the place. "Talked to the guys at the shop today, price will be determined by # of cars. he said if its like 20 cars itd be about $40 each, if less the price goes up a lil , more cars it goes down. We need to set a date at least 2 weeks in advance cuz they do apointments. Bring friends, they have parking for over 60 cars"
we were thinking sometime in late april. anyone interested?

Why dyno when you can drag race. Get your trap speed and your race weight. then you know your horsepower. I think dynos are only useful for tuning. $15 to race which basically tells you your hp. or $40 to be strapped on a dyno.. ehhh..

Dynos in my opinion are for tuning, not for measurement of power. Measurement of power should be based on a real world application such as the track. Plus its a lot cheaper.
Two cars with the same mods dyno different power. Because the the dynos are different, the weather is different. .blah blah. whats the point. if your trying to tweak your a/f great -- go dyno. Id rather see how much a mod drops my .ET or trap speed then how much power i gained. i can run around saying i got 400hp but i still have no clue if i can beat a stock talon... just my $.02
