i bought their manifold for my car. i hope it was just a poor casting mistake that's been resolved. but anyways, i've never had a single problem with them. actually they're my favorite "dsm shop". i'd suggest calling them and explaining what exactly is going on and all. be polite and professional about it. see what they say or what they can/will do for you about it. could be anywhere from them saying your s.o.l to them sending you a new one. i think either way they're gonna want you to send them your manifold before they do anything i'd guess. won't hurt to try

I've had many problems with them.... but they seem to be the only "one stop shop" so i keep going back for more abuse

Still one of my favorite DSM places to shop, normally have some of the best prices, I like their new manifold (have it on my car the cast one). I've heard alot of negative things as well though. I guess I wouldn't trust most of their own stuff that they make unless you've heard reviews on it. I've heard of problems with their gaskets, tubular manifold, turbo's, etc... Research or buy something you know is good and you won't have any problems with SBR, at least I haven't.
