So I ended up having the turbo rebuilt after finding out that the turbine wheel had something go through it. I also picked up a Bep bolt on turbine housing. I'm jealous! I just seen this post for the first time, and thats a hell of a deal there. I cant believe the size difference.

I'll be installing the HIDs tomorrow. I also just picked up some arp headstuds, and my new cams(all going in tomorrow). I decided to go with dsmgraveyards new 272's to see how well they preform for the price(about 300$). I also built a custom sub box with two 10" subs.I'll be taking some pics of the hids and sub box tomorrow. I'll also post a vid of the cams installed. -Edwin

So... I got my hids in. turned out pretty good . On to the next project. I picked up a set of used 2g head studs and a new set of 272 cams. I ran into a couple issues along the way but eventually got it together. It was running ok after the install. Nice and lumpy. Although I was having trouble getting it to stay running. I ended up srewing the biss screw almost all the way out to keep it running but it still felt like there was a awkward load on the motor while driving, not to mention anything under 2k (without any throttle)felt like it might stall. Also the vac at the boost gauge was at about -12 or so. Today however it felt alot better. Got home from work and was even able to turn the biss screw in a bit like it was. But, the cam seals were dryed out when i swapped the cams but I dident have them to replace at the moment. So oil was all over the place. I found some seals in a old kit i had and poped them in today. Re timed everything and started her up,...or not. She wouldnt start unless I kept the rpms at about 15-2k anything under would die. Nothing looked amiss and I knew my timing was on. I decided to do a compression test as I was second guessing my timing job. Well these are the results of the comp test from right to left. 150, 130, 100, and 0...dammit! So it looks like my headgasket is in a unhappy state as am I . If I need to pull the head off I like to just pop in a 6bolt if I can find one in the right price. Not sure which route I wanna go yet. -Edwin Ooo, I also recieved a 4" fp intake from tsimac, to fit my holset( thanks) today.

That FP intake is a really nice piece, it looks a little bit ridiculous on my tiny 16G but it makes it sound way meaner than it actually is.
