The dsm took a backseat for a minute since it's been nice and because I wanted to go to europe. I ended up not going though so it's time to get back on the grind, also money has been tight and tied up so now im selling a few items that I don't use to get her up and running. Ive been on the boards lately and seeing some nice cars out and about kills me since I want my baby running more and more now. I sold the Shearer setup and the gold 60-1 and I will be using a SBR 50 Trim Just some pics of the parts:

Hi All, It's been a minute. Had to get some extra parts and am just waiting on slimlines now. I had about 20 fitment issues due to Slowboy selling me 02 housing that wasn't for the manifold that I ordered- it was a custume WG recirc 02 housing for the HAFE SS New Sbr mani. They welded the flange wrong and at the wrong angle. Lost TO bearing C Clip. Was missing about 50 or so odd bolts just laying around all these years. Stripped a bunch of bolts due to that turbo/02/WG fitment issue since some of the holes didnt line up. Had to trim part of my koyo radiator to fit the ex WG. Buy Slim lines since there was no room, I thought I could get away with it for the winter on the old radiator and fan setup. Apexi EL 2 EGT probe is too long and won't tighten. Im using a cyclone so the coil pack needs relocation. Got all new Ball Joints upper and lowers, and still need new tie rods. also picked up the Apexi FMIC setup. All wiring needs to be completed in engine bay. Here is how it sits

Well, put the car together today and no dice, it didn't turn over.
The starter didn't even respond.
I will check amps and voltage of the battery since its old 1st thing tomorrow. The clutch needs to be bled and was sticking to the floor so I cannot put it in any gears
. It needs a new slave cylinder too- since the rubber on the end is leaking and got destroyed. I wonder if i need a new starter or if the selenoid went bad...
Tomorrow is a new day and time for testing possibilities.

If it was the battery the starter would have at least made a noise. Make sure you have the 1 wire starter clip attached on both sides, the starter solenoid and the engine harness.

That is what I thought also, i just went and read up on some people having the same problem and it they had problems with the selenoid hmmm, thanks Scott. I still wouldn't be able to fire her up due to the clutch issue that has to be resolved 1st.

Hey Scott! Which two are you talking about? Do they get connected together? (I have a 2g 7 bolt 4g63)

I would take it to get tested at a local AutoZone or something. I've installed dozens of starters and you would be surprised how many of them were faulty. If it weren't getting enough power, you would have heard the solenoid kick and start making a clicking noises.
The stud on the left is to be left alone and the one on the right (in the picture) should be connected to the power lead in the harness. And the clip is connected through the harness as well.

The larger one on the bottom right gets constant 12v from your battery, and the clip on top is a switched 12v and only gets power when you turn the key to the start position.
So just be sure the clip is attached to it, and the large battery cable wires is attached to the lower right one. Also be sure you have a ground wire going through one of the 14mm bell housing starter bolts. If its still not working, the clip isn't getting power.
If that's the case, I typically eliminate the factory clip wiring for the starter and wire it my own way. Splice into the fat black/red wire at your ignition harness at the key cylinder, and run that straight to the starter clip, fusing it with a 30amp inline fuse.
If it still doesn't work, time for a new starter.
