Glad to hear that head wasn't badly damaged.. and that t-belt is really bad! What was leaking to cause that failure?

Glad to hear that head wasn't badly damaged.. and that t-belt is really bad! What was leaking to cause that failure? Havent figured out the oil leak yet. It was there when I bought the car and Kevin wasn't really sure where it was leaking either. I'm guess it's somewhere at the front cover.

Fresh cylinder head ready to go back on tomorrow. Big thanks to John and Tyler for the help. Also finally painted the strut tower:

Got it all back together last night. These alumina zirconia pieces are absolutely perfect for deburring the dings in pistons. I also did a front brake job while I was at it. New calipers, pads, and rotors. The original rotors were siezed on so badly. I had to beat them with a sledge until they finally broke off the hub.

The hitch on the DSM makes more sense than my neighbor's hitch on his Camry.

Hartford was where I've been for the past 5 years. But I recently moved out of there and I'm in Coloma now for the rest of this year at least. Car update: After installing a new caliper yesterday afternoon, I began to bleed my brakes. And then heard a POP. Looked under the car to see one of my rusty rear brake lines had bursted. It's always something... I'm tired of working on it, so his time I'm taking it to a shop to have some new line ran tomorrow. I wonder what will be the next thing to break...?
