buschurforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20243I can't believe this hasn't been all over the DSM boards yet. I had no clue that he posted this so long ago. Anyway we should all start planning now Dan, you have all year to get your car ready

should be some evo x's modded by then Eh I honestly don't see the evo 10s being very fast. With the amount of fuel pressure required for the direct injection, many people will probably have a problem with fuel pump upgrades. Just look at the vw and mazda speed crowds. They each have direct injection, and both have mechanical cam driven fuel pumps. APR finally came out with a fuel pump for them to start getting faster. If you want your stock one rebuilt to be better, it will be $600+ and if you want a new one, it will be well over $1000. That is insane for a fuel pump upgrade I guess the evo crowd might have better success with the larger aftermarket, but I doubt the price will be much lower.

I just had to replace a bmw one... tested afterwards at 50.3 bar! 740psi.... at idle will run upwards of 180 bar.... over 2000 psi all stainless hard lines and lots of warning labels

Looks like Ford used this injection technology on this new turbo diesel engine. I especially like how they redesigned the pistons to keep the fuel centered and off the cylinder walls. Very, very neat design.

thats the new 6.4 powerstroke. very badass fun engine but a huge pain to work on. we just replaced one at work for some overheating issue that toasted it. the sequential turbo setup makes it crazy responsive and can definitely break the tires loose with ease with all that torque.

I'll be there again for sure, not sure whether I want to get a hotel or camp again. Depends on my financial situation I suppose. Hope to see you all there!

Yeah I was with that guy, we blew the t-25 on the freeway. There was no way my car was going to make it either so we grabbed my dad's jeep haha. I saw your colt there, it looked good! Hopefully you can bring it again.
