After some research I found that they should read between 2 and 3 ohms and all of mine did. The only thing I can think of is maybe they were mechanically sticking open or closed and causing the issue. Not really sure, but it's running right so I could care less.

So not much of an update, but my car has been running pretty well since I threw in the new intake manifold and rebuilt TB, my last tank of gas I knocked down 27 MPG, the best mileage I've ever gotten with this car!

Finally going to get the DSM done and back on the road, a while back I blew a brake line and haven't felt like fixing it since I also have an S10 with A/C, so I drove that for most of the summer. I got on rockauto.com and that place is amazing, I replaced the broken brake line and bought new calipers, rotors, and pads for all four brakes, all for less than 125 bones. Also got the entire A/C system back in the car and hopefully will have it charged and working this weekend.

Well tried to charge the A/C system and it wouldn't take, so now I get to figure out what's causing the leak now. Also it's overheating while sitting still, I'm leaning towards the radiator cap or possibly the thermostat, either way it should be cheap.

Lookin good man. That Copper turbo-exhaust manifold gasket is pretty fancy. I wouldnt mind one of those if my turbo had to come off again.

Yea, hopefully it seals and holds up better than the other gaskets I've used in the past. And I got to do some work on it today and found out a couple of things, mostly that I'm a big idiot. Since two of the bolts holding the turbo to the manifold were broken I only had two holding it and they were barely tight, so I guess that's were the exhaust smell was coming from. And the bigger thing was that the waste gate actuator had come off from the flapper arm, so that would be why my turbo hasn't been spooling up until 5k RPM, but it's still burning oil so I'm still going to rebuild it. Pics.....

Haha, I love finding simple issues that make the world of difference. Should feel like a new car pretty soon it sounds like.

Haha yea, I feel like a giant dipshit but at least it was something easy. Oh and I might be selling the car soon, don't want to but I need the money much more than I need the car that sucks all of my money in like a horrible black hole. I love it, but it's a horrible horrible waste of money, which I don't have much of as of late.

That thing looks much cleaner than any of the Mitsu turbos that I've torn down in the past. How did the thrust washer and shaft bearings look? Looks like there's minimal bluing on the shaft - that's good. Looks like oil coking was minumal as well.

It all looked pretty good to me, it probably didn't really need it, but I figured that as long as it was out I might as well. And while I was at the machine shop picking up the hot side the guy threw the center section into the hot tank for a bit for free. Got it all back together today and hopefully tomorrow I'll get the whole thing back together.
